JOB PROFILE:

  1. Research the data/ topics, compile and analyse the required information
  2. Drafting and sending the emails to International clients
  3. Responsible for creating and publishing various MIS reports for the board, executive management, function head etc. in MS excel.
  4. Working with various staff members in the group for other administrative responsibilities
  5. Sending marketing emails, preparing marketing collaterals for the group

Desired Candidate profile:

  1. Should have good working experience in Advance Excel and in making reports in Excel
  2. Should be internet proficient to research and analyse
  3. Should have good English writing skills

Job Description

  • Single point of contact for Practice Management (PM) software for the group
  • Works directly with Accounting team to build and update entries in PM database
  • Continually improves the process for new and existing client database creation to reduce lead times and maintain a high level of data accuracy
  • Should be able to set policies to record data & maintain all files in order

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree with minimum of 4-5 years of related experience
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with expertise in advanced skills using Excel & PowerPoint :

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage large quantities of data

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Desire to work in Australian Corporate laws (including but not limited to set up of company, share transfer, preparation of Minutes, Directorship Change etc.)
  2. Assist in Financial Planning matterswhich includes preparation of Statement of Accounts (SOA’s), financial statements for Australian clients
  3. Formulating Financial Planning strategies and analyzing and presenting to client and onshore Australia Team
  4. Work extensively with the onshore stakeholders to identify and improve current processes & systems related to Financial Planning and Australian Legal framework
  5. Run & lead the process performance in line with the agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and targets.
  6. Drive process efficiency and consistency.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
